About the Company:ODF (One World Duty Free) is Singapore’s leading omnichannel duty-free brand across Asia. We’re seeking a Category Manager to join our Colombo Port City team.Responsibilities:
- Develop merchandising strategies to drive sales and profitability.
- Analyze sales data to find growth opportunities.
- Source products and enhance visual displays.
- Monitor inventory and manage markdowns.
- Set merchandising guidelines and train staff.
- Report sales performance to management.
- Work with departments to execute cohesive plans.
- Stay updated on industry trends and manage the budget.
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of merchandising experience, ideally in retail.
- Proven track record in profit growth and merchandise curation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset for data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Duty-free industry experience is a plus.
